Cells already possess remarkable machinery. Existing medicines largely exploit this same machinery by turning it on or off. We believe medicine has largely overlooked another possibility: giving cells entirely new capabilities.
Our Approach
We have developed molecular tools that impart new cellular capabilities. We use these tools to interrogate biology, expanding our understanding while identifying novel first-in-class therapeutics.
